What can I do with the badge (logo)?

A Top Workplaces Award win entitles the winner to license the official Top Workplaces Award Badge and to refer to the win in advertising and marketing. The following uses of our badges are permitted free of charge: On internal communications, email signatures and in advertising placed directly with our regional media partners.  All other uses of our badges will incur nominal licensing fees to maintain and grow the Top Workplaces brand. For details, please see the Badge Licensing page.

How do I get the Top Workplaces badge (logo)?

I used to get the badge (logo) for free. Why are you now charging a fee?

Our company received an award trophy at the event.  Are additional trophies available?
Duplicate award trophies are available for purchase in either standard or large formats. Pricing may be obtained by either by calling us at (212) 221-9595 or by filling out our online request form. What are article reprints?
Article reprints are high-quality, customized reproductions of editorial coverage featuring your company. We can design reprints to prominently feature your coverage and even add your  corporate logo or other materials to it.  Your PARS representative will discuss the wide range of options available to you.

Reprints align your company with the highly recognized Top Workplaces brand offering a valuable third-party endorsement that can be used on your website, in recruiting, as a sales tool, at trade shows, in direct mail, social media marketing and much more. What are E-Prints?
E-Prints let you link seamlessly to coverage featuring you, your company, product or service from your website, email or favorite social media site. PARS will create an electronic reprint of the article and provide you with a link to a PDF that is hosted on a secure server.  Many options are available to suite your needs. Can’t I just make my own plaques, banners or other merchandise?
To ensure the integrity of the Top Workplaces Awards along with their proper usage, we have partnered with PARS International Corp. Beginning in 2018, use of our badges will require the user to agree to terms and conditions governing their use.  With proper licensing, it may be permissible for you to make your own products using the Top Workplaces badge.  Please contact a PARS representative to discuss options.

Do you offer bulk discounts or bundled pricing?
We do offer discounts for bulk orders.  Your PARS representative will work with you to create a bundle or bulk order that best suits your needs and meets your budget.

I’ve been contacted by a company trying to sell me a Top Workplaces plaque or award.  Is this a legitimate offer?
Official Top Workplaces plaques and awards are only available through our media partner publications, PARS International and American Registry.  ALL OTHER SOLICITATIONS SHOULD BE DISREGARDED.

What is the minimum quantity for article reprints?
Minimum quantities for reprints vary and may depend on the length of the article or the number of pages in the reprint. In general the minimum order for custom reprints is 250.  Lower quantities may be available – please contact a PARS representative or submit your request online.

Do writers, photographers, and illustrators allow reuse of their material in reprints?
The answer to this question differs from article to article and from publication to publication. Some writers and photographers have established contractual agreements that permit reuse; others have not.  Either way, when you order through PARS, your representative will ensure that reuse is taken care of.

What if I don’t need the whole article?
Sometimes your company or product is featured as part of a multi-page article or industry round-up and you only want to reuse a paragraph or two. Maybe just a great quote or the publication logo. Use of a logo, or more than a line or two of copy, is often illegal without the consent of the publisher and adherence to specific guidelines. PARS can advise and obtain rights and permissions for you, often within 24 hours while high-impact coverage is still timely.
